Q&A · Soluna Winter tickets
Tickets
How do I buy tickets?
Pick your date on the Tickets page, choose the release (Early Bird, Regular or Last Chance) and the number of tickets. At checkout you enter one name per ticket and your contact details, then pay securely with Stripe.
Only buy through solunaevents.at. Tickets from other sellers are not valid, because every ticket is issued in one name.
Are tickets personal? Can I give mine to a friend?
Yes, every ticket is personal and issued in one name. Tickets can’t be transferred, resold or changed to another name after purchase.
At the entrance we check the name on the ticket against a photo ID. This keeps prices fair and stops resale at inflated prices.
Can I return my ticket or get a refund?
Only if the event is cancelled. If you can’t make it, your ticket can’t be returned. All details are in our terms (AGB).
If we cancel an event, you get the full ticket price back automatically.
What do I get after buying?
Within a few minutes you receive an e-mail from tickets@solunaevents.at with one PDF ticket per person. Each ticket has the name, date, venue and a unique QR code.
Didn’t get it? Check your spam or promotions folder first, then write to office@solunaevents.at with your order name.
What are Early Bird, Regular and Last Chance?
Tickets are sold in three releases. Early Bird is the cheapest and limited. When it’s gone, Regular starts, and the final contingent is Last Chance. The earlier you buy, the less you pay.
Why is there a service fee?
The service fee covers payment processing and our own ticket system with personal QR tickets. It is always included in the price you see, there are no extra costs at checkout.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes, there are tickets at the door, but at a higher price and only while they last. Each release online is limited too, so buying early is the safest and cheapest way in.
Entry and the day
Is there a minimum age?
Yes, Soluna events are 18+. Please bring a valid photo ID (ID card, passport or driving licence). Without ID we can’t let you in, even with a ticket.
What time does it start?
Soluna Winter events run during the day, usually from early afternoon until the evening. The exact times are on each event page. Many huts can only be reached by lift, so check the last lift up.
How do I get to the hut? Do I need a lift ticket?
Each event page links to Google Maps. If a hut is only reachable by lift, you need a valid lift ticket from the lift operator, it is not included in your Soluna ticket. Details on lift and parking are added to the event page as soon as the venue confirms them.
Is there a dress code?
No strict dress code. Dress for a day in the mountains: warm layers, sunglasses and shoes that work on snow. Ski boots are fine at most huts.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Soluna Winter takes place at huts with indoor and outdoor areas, so a cloudy day doesn’t stop the party. If conditions make an event unsafe, we cancel it and inform you by e-mail and on Instagram. You then get your ticket price back.
Why do I need to register for free events?
Free events at Nock In and on the Dorfplatz still have limited space. With a free registration you get a personal QR ticket, we know how many people to expect and you have a guaranteed spot.
Payment
How can I pay?
By credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or EPS online banking. All payments are processed by Stripe.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, one of the largest payment providers worldwide. We never see or store your card details.
Do I get an invoice?
Your order confirmation by e-mail lists the ticket price, the service fee and the included 13 % VAT.
Cancellation
What if an event is cancelled?
You get the full ticket price back to your original payment method, without having to do anything. The service fee is not refunded. We inform you by e-mail and on Instagram.
I can’t come anymore. What now?
We’re sorry you’ll miss it. Tickets are personal, so they can’t be returned or transferred. Please only buy when you’re sure about the date.
